6:00pm Convene at Chinese Garden for social hour, tour, discussion of Garden
7:00pm Dinner in Chinese Garden
8:30pm Shuttle to Langham Hotel

Tuesday, May 24th

9:00am First Meeting: Financing the Garden; Auxiliary Enterprises (Alison Sowden, CFO and Jim Folsom, Director of the Gardens)
10:00am Tour of Botanical Complex, Botanical Conservatory, and Children’s Garden (Jim Folsom and Laurie Sowd, Associate Vice-President for Operations)
11:15am Second Meeting: Fundraising & Memberships (George Abdo, V.P. for Advancement, Randy Shulman Assistant V.P. for Advancement)
12:30pm Lunch in Botanical Center
