The Dining Room Announces March 10 Wine Dinner with Renowned Winemaker Celia Masyczek
Named 2008 “Winemaker of the Year” by Food & Wine Magazine

WHAT:The Dining Room at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa is pleased to announce a wine dinner featuring exclusive wines by celebrated winemaker Celia Masyczek.

	Dinner will showcase Scarecrow, DR Stephens and Corra – highly sought after cult wines from California of small production and limited availability. Winemaker will also discuss the winemaking process and the distinctive traits of each varietal.
	Chef de Cuisine Craig Strong will custom pair a tasting menu to complement each wine.
	Special room rate extended to wine dinner guests - $150 for deluxe guest room.
