The Dining Room at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa Launches Website and Blog
PASADENA, Calif. – February 26, 2009 – The Dining Room at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa is pleased to announce the launch of its standalone restaurant website:www.thediningroom-langham.com. The website includes more information about the Michelin Star restaurant including food and wine menus, a link to make reservations, backgrounders on Chef de Cuisine Craig Strong and his team, a photo gallery and videos. The website also hosts a Dining Room blog, featuring posts by Chef Strong and his talented team, which will allow diners and guests to participate in discussions about food and wine and learn recipes and preparation tips. For two years in a row, The Dining Room has been awarded a distinguished one-star rating in the Michelin Guide of Los Angeles. The Dining Room is one of just two restaurants in Pasadena to earn the prestigious one-star Michelin Guide rating and it is the only hotel-run restaurant in Los Angeles to receive this distinction. The honor follows extraordinary scores in the 2009 Zagat Los Angeles/Southern California Restaurants Guide survey, a “Runner-Up Chef of the Year” award for Chef de Cuisine Craig Strong by Angeleno magazine and The Dining Room’s recent recognition by CitySearch as “Editorial Winner for Best Fine Dining” in Los Angeles.
