The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa Announces 2009 Wine Dinners in The Dining Room
Offering special room rate of $150 for wine dinner guests
PASADENA, Calif. – January 8, 2009 – The Dining Room at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa is pleased to host a series of wine dinners in 2009 featuring exquisite wines from renowned importer Rudi Wiest and winemakers Byron Kosuge, Celia Masyczek and Eric Kent. Each wine dinner will showcase the featured winemaker’s finest wines and include a discussion about the winemaking process and the distinctive traits of each varietal.
Chef de Cuisine Craig Strong of The Dining Room will custom pair a tasting menu to complement each wine in a way that is designed to entice the senses and present an interesting juxtaposition on the palate. The wine dinners are memorable, fun dining experiences and a must attend for local gastronomists and “foodies” alike.

Each evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with a reception; dinner is served at 7:00 p.m. The cost is $125 per person including complimentary valet parking. Wine dinner guests who choose to stay overnight on their respective date may reserve a deluxe room in advance at a special rate of $150, excluding room taxes and fees.
