Your delegates will be inspired by the many innovative, green and unique offerings available at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena. We are pleased to customize your program enhancements to meet your needs. In addition, we are delighted to offer the following concessions:

500 Room Nights or more Choose One
• MobileEvent Express App for the length of your event, available to download into attendees’ smart phones or iPads. (Six week lead time required).
• HD Video Conferencing session featuring crystal clear high definition video conferencing from nearly any location in the world. (Added technology to an existing general session setup.)
• Décor Lighting for large indoor or outdoor events. Use the power of our new line of brilliant and eco-friendly LED lighting to set the scene and create the perfect ambience for your guests’ custom reception.

250 to 499 Room Nights Choose One
• Digital Signage – employ green technology with the use of our LCD and LED flat screen monitors to inform your guests of the meeting agenda before they enter the meeting room. Imaging can be customized to tie in with your event theme.
• Décor Lighting for a mid-sized, indoor ballroom.
• Audience Response System usage for your presentation.

101 to 249 Room Nights Choose One
• Wii Gaming Package - enhance your evening with an exciting and fun Wii gaming package! Wii Sports has a number of games such as virtual bowling, tennis, baseball, and more to keep your attendees engaged and having a good time.
• Custom Gobo of your company’s logo for your use. Have the luminescent logo welcome your
guests at an opening reception or permanently projected onto your staging backdrop – the
choices are endless!

10 to 100 Room Nights
• Complimentary Wireless Internet Access in your meeting space for up to 10 users (1.5Mb shared).

Group must have a minimum spend with our on-site AV company, PSAV, for the program in order
to receive these enhancements after meeting the room night criteria as set forth above.

Any group can opt to go green with Green Meetings Made Easy, our sustainable meeting offerings.
