The Royce - Light California Fare
The Royce features New American cuisine by Chef David Féau. Chef Féau’s menu is comprised of lighter California fare prepared with classic influences and refined French technique, emphasizing fresh seasonal produce and the best quality sustainable products from around the world.

Chef David Féau develops new menus at The Royce each season featuring the freshest ingredients from local farmers. His current spring menu showcases the bountiful seasonal produce consisting of morel mushrooms, white and green asparagus, guinea eggs and fresh berries. Chef Féau visits farmers’ markets weekly and the produce and ingredients he finds there are the true inspiration behind his menu.

While dining in The Royce, enjoy a bottle of wine from the White Wine Room or Red Wine Room while sitting at a table in the glass-enclosed veranda, which offers sweeping views of the Horseshoe Garden. An exclusive chef’s table is also available, where guests can experience a customized menu while having a glimpse of Chef Féau’s nightly “performance” in the kitchen.

The exclusive Chef’s Table offers a private dining experience for up to 8 guests and includes a six course tasting menu custom created by Chef David Féau, priced at $250 per person with wine pairings. Guests will enjoy a champagne toast in the red wine room followed by an exquisite tasting menu presentation and glimpses of Chef Féau’s nightly performance in the kitchen.
