Memorial Day Weekend


Kick-off your summer vacation at The Langham with a poolside BBQ menu and live entertainment by the pool all weekend, including a wine tasting event on Friday, May 24 at the Hideaway Pool Bar.



June 10th Anniversary Tea


Pay homage to Europe’s first grand luxury hotel, The Langham, London, with a quintessentially British tradition: afternoon tea. The Langham Huntington will turn back the clock to 1865, when The Langham, London originally opened, and serve tiffin afternoon tea for its original price of 1 shilling, 6 pence (or 15 cents).

To apply for a reservation, click here. Online reservation requests will be accepted until May 31, 2013. Guest names will be chosen at random and the lucky winners will receive their reservation confirmations via e-mail on June 3, 2013.

Book a guest room at our best available rate by June 30 for stays June 1 through August 31 and enjoy complimentary Afternoon Tea for two in The Lobby Lounge. Summertime Poolside Offerings

Enjoy a mouthwatering BBQ menu for the summer, available at The Terrace restaurant and at The Hideaway Pool Bar from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The menu is comprised of upscale comfort food showcasing gourmet and approachable BBQ dishes, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.

The BBQ Menu includes: Slow Smoked Brisket; Grilled Chicken; BBQ Pork Ribs; BBQ Pulled Mushrom Sandwich; Grilled Fish Tacos; Grilled Hot Dogs; and Grilled Burgers. Sides include: Smashed Potatoes; Grilled Sweet Corn; Chilled Watermelon; Coleslaw; and Roasted Baby Sweet Potatoes. Desserts include: Assorted Ice Cream; House-Made Ice Pops in child and adult flavors; Strawberry Short Cake; and Cobbler.

Served 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday
11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday

Other food and drink options are available at the pool daily, including skinny cocktails such as the 81 calorie Veev Light and other handcrafted cocktails featuring organic ingredients such as the Mango Tango Margarita, Peach Sangria, Bacardi Blast, Hendrix Smash and The Huntington.



Summer Sweets & Treats with Chef John Quinn, CEPC


This summer, join Pastry Chef John Quinn for a special series of cooking classes just for kids! $60 per child includes two hours of cooking instruction, recipe preparation, baking techniques and pastry presentation. Children receive a customized Langham apron and recipes to take home. Classes begin at 10:00 a.m. for children ages 8-12, and must be booked in advance, by calling (626) 585-6218 for reservations.

• Saturday, July 6 – Flavors of the 4th
Kids will celebrate Independence Day with red, white and blue cookies and they will learn to decorate with fondant and royal icing.

• Saturday, August 31 – Creative Cake Pops!
Learn the art of making cake pops in a variety of flavors with different frostings and toppings. Kids will love these mini treats!



Sunday Market Brunch in The Royce Wood-Fired Steakhouse


On Sundays, The Royce | Wood-Fired Steakhouse offers an interactive Market Brunch experience like no other in Los Angeles, including flowing mimosas and bloody marys in the white wine room and bountiful displays of smoked salmon and freshly baked bagels, seasonal fruit and pastries throughout the restaurant. Lively chef action stations inside the kitchen with Chef Zappola and the culinary team invite guests to enjoy made-to-order brunch delicacies such as frittatas and omelets, steak and eggs benedict, Cote de Boeuf, which is carved to order, truffled potato cakes, bacon and sausage, brioche French toast, Caesar salad, heirloom tomato salad, chilled shrimp, grilled salmon and decadent desserts such as chocolate layered mousse cake and cinnamon beignets.
