Mother’s Day Brunch in the Huntington Ballroom will feature the following menu highlights:
Smoked & fresh seafood; domestic and imported cheeses; artisanal meats; sushi and caviar; assortment of salads; specialties such as Crusted Thyme Prime Rib with Savory Au Jus, Poached Salmon Medallions with Olive and Fennel Salad, and Slow-cooked Pot Roast with Spring Vegetables; carving stations and made-to-order omelets; a chocolate fountain and a variety of pastries; and free-flowing champagne.

The Lobby Lounge

Enjoy a special Pink Chocolate Afternoon Tea featuring a variety of the finest teas served with a selection of savory tea sandwiches, scones with Devonshire cream, fruits, tarts, mousse torts and crème brülées – all containing different chocolate essences. A grand pink chocolate fountain is the focal point of the tea, with surrounding chocolate sculptural art.

Mother’s Day Harmony Package
This indulgent package includes a 60-minute Chuan Harmony Massage and a 75-minute Chuan Yu Facial to stimulate energy channels and provide deeply relaxing and balancing effects. To continue the Chuan experience at home, the recipient will receive an elemental balancing Chuan soap at the conclusion of their visit.
