The Langham Cottages
Between 1919 and the mid 1950s, more than 30 cottages were built in the acreage surrounding the hotel, mainly by wealthy visitors from the east coast who wanted to enjoy long stays during the winter months. Over the years some of the cottages were developed into residential homes. Today, eight of the cottages are part of The Langham Huntington, Pasadena.
In 2010, six of the eight cottages were beautifully restored. They received new furnishings, carpet, art and accessories, flat screen TVs, new paint, landscaping and patio refurbishment. Each cottage has its own unique layout and list of amenities, some including fireplaces and kitchens. They are perfect for families or couples looking for longer term stays at the property or for corporate group retreats.
